Mirette is an agile & lean coach from Finland.
Among other things, she gave an inspiring and full of energy Seed Session on the cultural evolution within Yle. I don't remember everything but I do remember this: “Developing company culture is practical everyday work for us. It's neither a development program nor a project”. I'd like to see more companies think like that.
